Timetable
Our PFN Timetable is below. We have 1 Coach who runs our morning and evening sessions. His name is Coach Scott! Each class is 1 hour long and start with a warm up, a strength element, a workout and a cool down.
We run additional Olympic lifting classes on a Wednesday at 7:30pm and Sundays at 9-10:30am
Each session is limited to 10 people!
Our weekend classes are Coached by owners Dan and Sam. Saturday's are strength classes and Sunday's alternate between Team Wod's and Olympic lifting classes! These sessions are 1.5 hours long.
